Totaling my car? 2001 Pontiac Aztek just with cosmetic damages!?

I was recently involved in a collision that involved my 2001 Pontiac Aztek. I was side-swiped on the penger side, back to front. The damages weren't extensive, lots of burns on the skirting and a few scratches here and there. The most damage is located on my door and the side panel(?), which has no dents but a large gash that prevents me from opening the door. The other driver was deemed liable and I would be working with USAA to get my car repaired. Though I have no spoken directly with my claims adjuster from USAA, I spoke with their appraiser and he stated the Aztek was considered a total financial loss. I do not feel the damage was significant enough to total my car. How much is the fair market value of a 2001 Pontiac Aztek, over 100,000 miles and great condition? New tires and considered a GT with FWD, leather seats, heated pengers and drivers seats, 6 disc CD player/radio, rear audio controls, sunroof, roof racks, alloy wheels, cruise control, etc. Should I be weary of the insurance deeming it a total loss?

I never get my periods I'm 18 what is wrong?

I started when I was like 12 and have never been regular. my last one was in september but I got it 3 months in a row june july and september 30 days apart abut 5 exactly about 5 days long each then I had random bleeding in october and not again since then. I sometimes get sharp pains down by my hips but it could be gas or something. Whats wrong and what do I need to do to fix it? taking pills are not an option for me.

It looks to me like there may be a lot of teams in your league, so it's inevitable that you'll get those types of players. However, I liked that you waited to get a QB. So many people JUMP at the idea of having Peyton Manning or Drew Brees so much so that they take them in the first round, wasting a pick, in my opinion. Matt Ryan has a pretty good WR corps and they'll ask Kevin Kolb to throw it a LOT. Steven Jackson is pretty much the only weapon in St. Louis, so you KNOW he'll score. Also, I like the Fitzgerald - Wells combination because it doesn't really rely on Matt Leinart because if he throws, it'll be to Larry most likely and if they run it, Wells is going to get a lot of carries. Need Help Improper backing ticket!?

Okay so I was on a private street that has 'No parking at anytime' signs on both sides of the streets. I was backing out of the private driveway and hit a small car on accident that was parked on the opposite side of the street. The car was not supposed to be parked there in the first place. The sign was about 2 feet in front of the parked car that read 'NO PARKING ANYTIME' but the officer gave me a ticket for improper backing. I think this is crap! I didn't see the car when I was backing out because I was not looking for a car because it was a NO parking zone ! IF no cars were there it wouldn't have been improper backing!!! I think I should fight this in court instead of paying the $225.00 I don't have for some stupid head that can't read a sign 2 feet in front of him!

I purchased a used car & day 4 it stopped running.?

I bought a used car at an established dealership. It is a 2002 Ford Escape. I paid $6000 cash for it. I got a limited 30 day power train warranty. I bought the car Tuesday night and on Saturday morning it would not start. I had the vehicle towed back to Axelrod Chrysler Plymouth in Parma, Ohio and I expected them to do the right thing. I just bought the car three days earlier. Well, they told me that I would have to pay for the repair (probably a fuel pump). Instead of giving me a loaner car because their Ford mechanic would not be in until Monday, they told me to go up the street to Enterprise and rent a car at my own expense!!!!! Am I crazy to have expected them to take care of everything at no cost to me? I gave them $6000 three days ago and they want me to spend another $30 a day to rent a car???!!!! What can I do? What would u do? I might as well have bought the car at some Joe Schmoe out of the newspaper. I gave them ALL of my money. I did not expect to have to pay a big repair bill so soon. How do I tell a client I cannot print (on a press) a brochure created in Word?

I have a client who created a brochure in Word that he wants me to run on a printing press. I've told him this cannot be done. He refuses to give me the images and let me place in Illustrator. I think his images are from a website. Please help me with a 'letter' that I can send to him that explains why I cannot print a Word file, that the images need to be CMYK, not RGB, that the file does not bleed so there will be a white border on the piece and that the quality of images will be very poor due to the low resolution. Clearly, to quote Jackie Chan, he "doesn't understand the words that are coming out of my mouth."

my puppy honey is a Chihuahua / Terrier and she is 7 months old and recently i came home from school and she was eating poop from my backyard. ewww!!! right gross ik!! i also have another dog hope, she is a 2 year old maltese so i have to feed them separately in the morning because of the adult and puppy food issue but when i leave around 6:40 am and when i get back at 4:45 pm then i feed them again so they dont have any food for that time until i get home... i do give them enough food to in the morning to last them till i get home and they also they have lots of water for the day when im gone so just curious is it a good ideal to leave the food out for them because they r both enclosed in the same pin that leads to outside in my backyard and they r both different ages so they have different food and i dont know if its ok for them to share the food because of their age differences... so how do i get the puppy to stop eat poop??? i just caught her a couple weeks ago and just an hour ago doing it. its rlly nasty so how do i get her to stop....? and why is she doing it??? oh also my backyard is neat and i try to clean the poop every other day and sanitize the area with simple green. please help me with this!! plus ive herd that dos eating poop can give them parvo and them they die so how am i suppose to train her to not eat it ? thank u

Hmm. Without sounding presumptuous, may I suggest taking it back to the basics? Have you consulted your flute teacher about this? And also, when is the last time you serviced your instrument? I always had great success with tone and support with careful practice of the Trevor Wye method books. I believe you may have issues with diaphragmatic support and lip strength. My university flute professor suggested holding a tiny coffee straw between the lips and blowing in it for as long as possible, several times a day, every day, in order to build those tiny muscles. In terms of breathing, do you have allergies/asthma? I suggest that you get those in order if you have concerns with diaphragmatic support. One must consider all facets of a problem like this. Okay so I started doing Atkins on July 28, 2008 && lost 9 lbs total to this day so it's 9 lbs. in two weeks. But I discovered that i've been doing it ALL wrong. If you know about atkins theres certain amounts of certain foods that your supposed to eat but basically i've been eating whatever i want as long as i ate 20 net carbs per day. now, heres my question. should i eat whatever i want for one day to throw my body off and then start fresh or just keep going?

For around 3-4 days now I have not been eating much at all due to the urge to vomit when I am chewing. Throughout the day, even when I do not eat I feel really nauseous and it is becoming almost unbearable. Why wont my ball python eat?

My babii is approximately 5-6 months old, maybe 1 1/2 ft long & idk her weight now. But what i wanna know is why she isn't eating? I got her in august & since ive had her shes eatin about 8-9 times but in december she just stoped eating & i know ball pythons sometimes do that fasting thing in winter months which is what i thought it was but near the end of december (24-29th) she decided to eat 2 mice once on the 24th & once on the 29th i know im not suppose to do that but i really wanted her to eat. & now (january 28) she hasn't eatin in like 4 weeks & is starting to get really skinny. When i try to feed her she'll strike, contrict & just when she starts eating it she just lets go & trys to get out of her feeding tank. I kno its normal for ball pythons to go a long time without eating but its scaring me how skinny shes geting. I normally feed her frozen thawed & hav tried different things to get her to eat, even offered her a live that she wouldnt eat either. Nothing in her tank really changed except a new hide i got for her that she seems to love. So what could ii do to get her to eat? or should i just keep offering her mice every week like i normally do & hope she eats?

I was diagnosed for ADD a number of years ago. I was given aderall but eventually weaned myself off after a while and was pretty successful in getting a grip on my concentration and focus. Well, I have recently started down the path of menopause, and is increasingly finding it harder to maintain what I have worked so hard to contain over the years. I asked my doctor to possibly have the aderall prescribed once again but at a low dosage to help me to stay on track. I was told that aderall is ineffective in adults. I was offered to be sent to cles to aid me in how to stay focus and concentrate. Has anyone ever heard of aderall being ineffective in adults? Or was it, my doctor just did not know what they were talking about?

Wnna kill myself cuz my parents?

i havent been able to hang out with my best friend without being watched and questioned for over a month. My mom has grounded me from hanging out with my best frend because i have a b and a c+ (the c+ is a mistake because i was absent and is going back to a b-) They say that my best friend is a bad influence and all and i so sick of it. My best friend i the nicest person in the world, she is a goody two shoes, but she has bad grades. They say that I had good grades ast year cuz i didnt hang around with her. She has nothing to do with it. Eighth Grade is just hard. The c plus is in advancd algebra and the b is in history. My dad thinks im fat and im no longer allowed to eat chips or cookies. I havent eaten breakfast or lunch today. My dad sys that i need to be working out three times a week, when i work out once a week, play soccer twice a week, and go to lacrosse once a week. I cant go on with this anymore am i being ridiculous or are they?

Has anybody had their child (asthmatic) vaccinated for swine flu?

I had myself and my 7 children vaccinated against swine flu about a month ago. My 16 month old daughter has asthma and she had no reaction to the injection at all. The doctor told me that it could cause a reaction in people who have an allergy to egg. (I think something to do with what's in the injection). I feel better knowing that I have vaccinated us against a potentially deadly disease.

I know you might not be that good at jump rope but if you keep doing it at intervals it will still help get your heart rate up. Medicine are great to for ab work because they are more comfortable. What do when you have a dog that constantly gets its collar off?

We have a medium-large sized dog. We live near a busy road and our yard is not fenced. We rent so fencing isn't an option. We can't let the dog roam free because she's about been hit by cars several times now. We don't want to do the chaining to a dog house and her never being able to move much thing. So we put up a run. She gets to run a long way (about 150 feet plus the reach of the chain to the sides) but she is still chained. Here's the problem. That dog can get a collar off quickly. No matter how tightly we put it on. We have tried leather, nylon, and chokers. And she can also get a harness off even the kind that tighten up under the legs if the dog pulls. She backs up somehow and manages to pop both things over her head. We have built her a dog lot but she can scale the 5 foot high fence. I watched her do it. We even tried a strand of barbed wire around the top of the fence just to deter her. It didn't help. She got out anyway. Any suggestions? We do let her run every day and be with the family but when we are not outside I can't let her roam the neighborhood and risk her getting killed by a car or even the remote possibility of her hurting someone. Getting off Atkins, help!?

So, I was on Atkins for about 3 months and I have finally come to the realization that this is not a healthy and effective way to lose weight and KEEP it off. I was not excercising when I was on it. I decided about a week ago to discontinue that weight loss program and start getting active! I have started working out 4-5 days a week for about an hour a day. I joined a gym and signed up for a personal trainer today but I'm EXTREMELY concerned of packing weight back on after changing my eating habits so drastically. Does anyone know a safe, effective way to change my diet without gaining back a lot of weight. I know I will gain back some, I just don't want to gain tons. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!!

Why do gay men not respect people's relationships?

Even though I am gay, I don't ociate much with the gay scene. I have a boyfriend I've been with for two years, but beyond that, I have no friends and don't go to gay bars, clubs, etc. Everyone I know is straight. My BF has a few gay friends he hangs out with, however, and they lead very promiscuous lives with all these people. Half of them are just friends, yet they sleep with each other for fun. And they don't respect anyone's relationship. They don't care if you have a BF or not. Two of these guys hit on my BF, and I made it clear I was not okay with that. And upon tagging along to a gay club with them once, I discovered it seems to be a general attitude that just because someone is in a relationship does not mean they're off limits. What could i use a disused nuclear bunker for?

I may have the chance to buy a house with an adjoining disused subterranean military command centre facility. There is a labryinth of rooms on a multitude of levels with about 9000sq ft of space.
