Marijuana in Thailand/Cambodia?

Hi, I want to travel to Thailand but I have aspergers and the thing which relaxes me helps me socialise is small amounts of marijuana, however I heard some people say they smoke it no problem and other say its a bit dodgy. However, I hear its legal in Cambodia so may go there to. But, if in Bangkok, Chiang Main and Pattaya anyone know anything about smoking/getting weed there? cheers
