Will I be able to get into Georgetown U or University of Pitt on this track? Thanks?

I'm currently a freshman with a 4.3-4.4 GPA average. I'm taking 2 honors cles currently, and going to take 3 next year (College in high school Chemistry course, regular math, and honors social studies and english) I'm very involved, I tutor, I help translate for kids younger than I in ESL cles, I am in orchestra and I am in school choir, and I do have a leadership position in choir. I also have gotten many leadership awards from 5th grade till now. I'm also able to speak Arabic fluently (not write or read yet) and am learning French. I also took the PSAT this year, and will continue with the testing. I want to study Phsychiatry, phsychology, or I might become a general practitioner or pediatrician. Would I have a chance of being accepted when I apply later my junior year for Georgetown U? Thanks!
