What could i use a disused nuclear bunker for?

I may have the chance to buy a house with an adjoining disused subterranean military command centre facility. There is a labryinth of rooms on a multitude of levels with about 9000sq ft of space. The main room has 5-6000sq ft of space. It has a safe room and access in is by a narrow sloping corridor of 18 metres. It is located about an hour away from the nearest city. Any ideas what I could use it for? A nightclub would be good but not close enough to a population. Any other ideas???
