Okay so I started doing Atkins on July 28, 2008 && lost 9 lbs total to this day so it's 9 lbs. in two weeks. But I discovered that i've been doing it ALL wrong. If you know about atkins theres certain amounts of certain foods that your supposed to eat but basically i've been eating whatever i want as long as i ate 20 net carbs per day. now, heres my question. should i eat whatever i want for one day to throw my body off and then start fresh or just keep going?
