Getting married in Vegas?

Ok so we are considering going to Vegas to get married,what happens if we don't have any witnesses with us? we didn't plan on inviting anyone we are eloping...........what would be the best thing for us to do, I want a simple sign the papers and were married wedding, been married twice already and decided its not the type of wedding you have, its what happens after the wedding that counts...AMEN
