Should every Elected Government Position and Staffers, be required to take at least a Wal Mart level Drug Test?

Democrat Barbara Boxer's top aide was busted for Cocaine use. Since Wal Mart and McDonald's are creating all of the Obama Economic Recovery Act Jobs...with peeing in a Tea Party Cup, then why hasn't Obama been required to Grease his Skids and take a Leak ?
