How much do the blue lake fine arts camp uniforms cost?

I'm going to the first session of the 2011 Blue Lake fine arts camp. I will be majoring in choir and taking the minor intro to opera :D! It'll be my first year and I kinda wondering what th prices for the polos, hoodies, and fleeces would be and how many i would need of each.
