Am I Upgrading or Downgrading with this trade?

Depends on the settings really. Ronnie Brown isn't really 100% dependable right now with Ricky Williams rising again, with Andre Johnson and Reggie Wayne you easily have the best WR tandem in your league, but it might not be worth it (again, depends on your settings.) I would do it just because Portis is always an injury risk, and if people are only loading up 3 backs on their teams im sure you can find another solid back off of free agents/waivers.
