Why does the WWE have so few African American wrestlers?

I mean they have Cryme Tyme (woopdie doo jobbers), Tony Atlas (My goodness he was sad on ECW). I mean the only ones worth mentioning is Shelton Benjamin and MVP. Serious answers please guys I just wanna hear some opinions.
