Why does everyone call chicago a crappy sports town?

We've been to 10 championships in the last 20 years and are on the brink of winning our 8th out of the ten appearances. We won 6 with the bulls, one with the sox, bout to win with the hawks, in the superbowl with the bears, and in the cup again with the hawks. How's that a bad rap sheet. Plus, the bulls, bears, cubs, and sox have all been in the playoffs a fair amount and so have the hawks. And how does winnin 6 with the bulls take anything away.
