My Closest Friend Is Moving To A DIfferent Country?

How can i handle the pain of my best friend moving? her dad got a job offer in los angelas. We both live in canada but if her dad accepts she will be moving in about 2 or 3 months. whats a thoughtfull and meaningfull present i can get her before she moves? We have been friends for almost 5 years. From grade 3 to grade 7 (we are in grade 7 now) . HELP!
