Is it normal when you have not to feel any thing?

i have with my boyfriend and i dont feel any thing, maybe a cold feeling in my head but thats all. no muscle contraction or good feeling down below, when he touches me and does to me i feel some thing, and i get wet, when i have i get really wet and my makes a farting noise but no good feeling, nothing, i mostly only have s when i do stuff by my self.
