In World of Warcraft would the worgen curse be ped on from mother to child?

If a worgen were to have a child with a regular human, would the child get the curse. In my opinion it wouldn't because it is a curse, not a disorder. It should not be hereditary. Don't you have to be bitten by a worgen to get the curse?
