Ear Pain got any ideas what this could be?

My Dr.'s office claimed they were booked for the next 3 weeks and I could not get an appt. There aren't any dr.s around here that will see a new pt at last minute.But My ears have been hurting for about a week and my nose is dry I have pain around my eyes and forehead,if I attempt to blow my nose my I have excurciating pain in my ears and the ringing in my ears won't stop.I have a little painful spot on the side of my neck[feels like a swollen gland]but of all this I have not had a fever,I really hate to go to an emergency room or an urgent care because they are so expensive and I do not have a fever with all of these symptoms.Anyone got any ideas. I have had a few moments of felling kind of cold and clamy. I have to work all weekend and I don't have a day offf until wednesday just trying to get by unitl then. My eyes hurt also. Thanks
