Does he like me? Please help!?

Okay, i'm in the 6th grade, this boy is in 8th. I know he is older than me, but I really like him. I've been observing him, and he's really cute and sweet. Also funny. This is a new school I'm going to, he dosen't really know me. But he does know that I already had a boyfriend at that school. Everytime he pes by me (the boy who I like) he looks at me. He quickly turns his head sometimes. And he used to get by me in line when we were PSAT testing. He was with his other friends, but he sat behind me. When I p by him, he is more quieter, and his friends start to get quiet, and then they start laughing. Could he like me? Or, am I just that.. Ugly?
